When you create an account we store your phone number, name, email (if provided), and a securely hashed password. As you use the service we record basic usage events — the searches you run, the alerts you create, the cars you favorite — so we can deliver the features you signed up for.

Your data is used only to operate BahaCentral: signing you in, showing your saved filters, sending the alerts you asked for, and improving the quality of our market estimates. We do not sell your information.

We don't share personal data with third parties for marketing. We may share limited data with service providers strictly to operate the platform (for example, to send SMS or push notifications). When required by law we will respond to lawful requests from authorities.

We use cookies and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language choice, and remember which alerts you've already seen. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.

Passwords are stored hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to systems is limited to authorized staff. No system is perfect — if we ever detect a breach affecting your account, we'll notify you promptly.

You can review or update your profile any time from Settings. You can ask us to delete your account by contacting support — once deleted, your personal data is removed from our active systems.

BahaCentral is intended for users 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced inside the app.
