What we provide
BahaCentral is a market-analytics service for cars: search, price estimates, history charts, and alerts. The service is offered "as is" and we may improve, change, or pause individual features over time.

Your account
Keep your phone number and password safe — you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and update it if it changes.

Acceptable use
Don't try to break, scrape, resell, or republish the service. Don't use BahaCentral for unlawful purposes or to harass others. Automated access (bots, scripts) is not allowed without our written permission.

Subscription & payment
Some features require a paid subscription. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow the rules described at checkout.

Intellectual property
All trademarks, design, code, and analytics output are owned by BahaCentral or our licensors. You may use the service for personal or business decisions, but not redistribute or republish our content without permission.

Estimates, not guarantees
Prices and trends shown on BahaCentral are estimates derived from publicly available listings. They are not appraisals and not a guarantee of any future selling price. Always inspect the vehicle and confirm with the seller before any transaction.

Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, BahaCentral is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including business decisions made based on our estimates.

Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You can close your account at any time. After closure, paid features stop and your data is removed per the Privacy Policy.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkmenistan. Disputes are first attempted to be resolved amicably; remaining disputes go to the courts of Ashgabat.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service changes or laws change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
